Only want an online consultation? →Common questions
Do I need a visa?
Most foreign nationals need an e-Medical visa for treatment in India. Capital Super Speciality Hospital issues the letter you need to apply, within 2–3 days. Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) usually travel on their OCI card.
Can my family come with me?
Yes. One companion can stay with you in your room; their food and lodging are extra and are shown in your package. Companions apply for an e-Medical Attendant visa with the hospital letter.
What does the package include?
Everything except your visa fees and air tickets: surgery, medicines, your stay with food at Capital Super Speciality Hospital, and all local transport including airport pickup and drop. You receive the written package with the full cost after your reports and the online consultation, before you travel.
How soon can I fly home after surgery?
Plan to fly home 4–5 days after surgery. This gives the wound time to seal and lowers the risk of infection; Dr. Swati checks the eye before you travel. Your package states the total number of days, including tests before surgery.
I am an NRI visiting family in Haryana. Can I just book a visit?
Yes. Fill in the questionnaire with your dates so tests and surgery fit inside your trip, or book a visit directly if you only need a check-up.
What about follow-up after I go home?
Follow-up checks continue by online consultation, and we coordinate with your local eye doctor if needed.
Visa rules are set by the Government of India and can change; check the official e-Visa website before applying. indianvisaonline.gov.in
